We do group training two days a week and then offer at-home videos for the weekend.

Bodyweight Basics Bootcamp August 30-October 26

Working with the Weights Bootcamp October 26- December 21

Students Tuesday's 3:45-5pm

First, Form

 For the first nine weeks we will be focusing on bodyweight movements and resistance bands,. Tuesdays we will go over proper form for each movement and I will provide one-on-one support for those that need it.

Participants will be placed in small groups or partners and will be evaluated together on proper form. We will then do 'team challenges' using the movements we just learned. 

Cardio Wednesday's 3:45-4:30pm

For the Heart

The first few weeks we will determine fitness and cardiovascular levels and then the goal is to increase those  levels week by week. 

Each week we will do different cardio exercises, including Tabata workouts, HIIT workouts, PACER sprints, agility ladders, team races, dance fitness, etc.

  For the second nine weeks we will be focusing on resistance bands, barbells, dumbells, slam balls, etc. ,. Tuesdays we will go over proper form for each movement and I will provide one-on-one support for those that need it.

Cardio Wednesday's 3:45-4:30

Perscirption

Perfect your form and strength by doing a prescribed set of reps for each implement. The goal here is to increase the weight.!

Faculty Thursday's 3:45-5pm

Maintain the Gain

Increase your fitness by working out at home on the weekends! Weekly videos walk you through each movement using weights including alternatives (such as bodyweight or resistance band movements).

  For the third nine weeks we will be focusing on yolk walks, farmer carries, atlas stone loads, log clean and presses, sandbag swings, duck walks, etc. ,. Tuesdays we will go over proper form for each movement and I will provide one-on-one support for those that need it.

Cardio Wednesday's 3:45-4:30pm

Make Every Minute Count

Every Minute on the Minute training! The quicker you finish the reps (with good form) the more time you get to rest! Put your strength and endurance to the test!
