We do group training two days a week and then offer at-home videos for the weekend.

Basics Bootcamp August 24-October 21

Tuesday's 3:45-5pm

First, Form

 For the first nine weeks we will be focusing on bodyweight movements and resistance bands,. Tuesdays we will go over proper form for each movement and I will provide one-on-one support for those that need it.

Participants will be placed in small groups or partners and will be evaluated together on proper form. We will then do 'team challenges' using the movements we just learned. 

Thursday's 3:45-5pm

Tabata Takedown

See how many reps and sets you can get with perfect form. This class focuses on proper form, movement and foundations while utilizing either a tabata approach. 20 seconds of all out effort, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Then one minute of rest.

Increase your fitness by working out at home on the weekends! Weekly videos walk you through each movement and the best part is everything is no equipment!

  For the second nine weeks we will be focusing on resistance bands, barbells, dumbells, slam balls, etc. ,. Tuesdays we will go over proper form for each movement and I will provide one-on-one support for those that need it.

Thursday's 3:45-5pm

Perscirption

Perfect your form and strength by doing a prescribed set of reps for each implement. The goal here is to increase the weight.!

Increase your fitness by working out at home on the weekends! Weekly videos walk you through each movement using weights including alternatives (such as bodyweight or resistance band movements).

Implements Training Bootcamp January 6 -March 3

  For the third nine weeks we will be focusing on yolk walks, farmer carries, atlas stone loads, log clean and presses, sandbag swings, duck walks, etc. ,. Tuesdays we will go over proper form for each movement and I will provide one-on-one support for those that need it.

Thursday's 3:45-5pm

Make Every Minute Count

Every Minute on the Minute training! The quicker you finish the reps (with good form) the more time you get to rest! Put your strength and endurance to the test!
